Watchers

• To avoid overcrowding, a maximum of two watchers are allowed inside the room.

Valuables

• Cash and other valuables may be deposited with the Cashier for safekeeping. Ask for receipt.
• Private Room Door must be locked at night time.
• The hospital is not responsible for anything lost during your stay.

Visiting hours
A. General 9:30am-8:00pm

• Only 3 visitors will be allowed for each patient at a time.
• Groups of more than 3 have to take turns.
• For their safety & for the benefit of the patients, children 10 years old and below are not allowed.

B. ICU/CCU 10:00am-11:00am | 5:00pm-6:00pm
C. Main hospital entrance is closed from 12:00midnight to 5:00am. Access to hospital during the period will be through the emergency room entrance area.

Religious Services

• Chapel of the sacred heart is on the fourth floor.
• Mass is celebrated daily at 5:15pm, except saturdays & sundays
• On saturdays, mass is at 11:30am; on sundays, at 7:00am
• Healing mass is celebrated every first tuesday of the month.
• Holy communion is given daily, 6:30am to 7:00am to catholic patients.
• A resident hospital priest is available or you may call your own Pastor.
• Living the Gospel Community (LGC) Sisters are available for pastoral services (room visitations, healing prayers & counseling).

Pharmacy

• located on the ground floor, serving in-patients and out-patients.
• open 24 hours.

Others

• CDH is a baby-friendly hospital.Breast feeding is mandatory.
• No extra furniture and folding beds allowed.
• No smoking inside the hospital.
• No alcoholic beverages are allowed within the hospital premises.
• Firearms are prohibited within the hospital.

Discharge procedure

• A written order from the attending physician is required before the patient can be discharged.
• Allow at least one hour for the business office to finalize your bills.
• Medicare/phic members must submit completed forms to the Medicare/PHIC Section to guarantee deduction from hospital bills.
• Discharge cut-off time is 12nn. Patients with discharge orders who miss the cut-off time will be charged an extra day.
• the cashier issues a clearance slip for you to present to the Nurse's Station for the Charge Nurse's signature.
• present signed clearance to the guard on duty at exit before leaving the hospital.
